" Cosmic state " = Sign

" In a good state " ( he means in its own sign or exaltation )

" Mediocre state " ( is probably in a sign of its triplicity rulers

" Bad cosmic state " ( will probably be fall, Exile or peregrine ( wild). )

" Peregrine " ( when it is not in its own Sign sign, not in its exaltation,not in Triplicity, not in its bound or terms and not in its Decan. )

The medeaval Astrologers described it as a person in a foreign country where he knew nobody and did not speak the language. This was considered a serious debility for the planet. However reception could be of great help. For instance ,when the Moon is in Sag. it is Peregrine but when Jupiter is in Piscis it " receives " the Moon and greatly mitigates Peregrinity.

A House is Good:

1. When it is angular ( producing )

2. Fifth house ( children, love, and trining the Ascendant-traditional house of Venus )

3. Eleventh house : (house of hopes and wishes- house of Jupiter-and sextiling the Ascendant)

A House is Bad: ( these houses do not aspect the ascendant )

( inconjunct = worst aspect )

1. 12th House ( house of bad fortune )

2. 6th house ( illnesses not health which is the first house )

3. 8th house ( death )

Second House: There is a problem with the second house which is not considered " bad " although it does not aspect the Ascendant

Third and Ninth house are not considered to be bad ( although cadent)as they are the house of the Sun ( 9) and the Moon ( 3) and Trine (9) and sextile (3) the Ascendant.

A natural benefic planet	in a good cosmic state and in	A good house	Perfectly realizes what it promises, especially when there are correspondences between the significations of the planet and the house
	in a good cosmic state and in	A bad house	Cancels or at least weakens the bad significations of the house in question.
	in a mediocre cosmic state and in	A good house	Produces more or less what it promises
	in a mediocre cosmic state and in	A bad house	Does not impede the ailments but moderates their stretch
	in a bad cosmic state and in	A good house	Hardly realizes what it promises , or by the wrong means ,or incites jealousy. ( so,it seems it won’t make you happy)
	in a bad cosmic state and in	A bad house	Does not impede anything

A natural malefic planet	in a good cosmic state and in	A good house	Realizes insufficiently or with difficulty or by reprehensible means ; may an accident afterwards
	in a good cosmic state and in	A bad house	Does not take away the ailments but moderates their effect.The good cosmic state of Domicle or Exaltation is still bad. In order to moderate the ailments it is necessary that good aspects testify to the planet. ( aspect them)
	in a mediocre cosmic state and in	A good house	Does not give nor does not take away anything
	in a mediocre cosmic state and in	A bad house	Contributes far less intensively to the realization of the ailments than the planet were placed in a bad celestial state
	in a bad cosmic state and in a	A good house	Prevents the realization of something good or makes it a source for misfortune
	in a bad cosmic state and in a	A bad house	Favours and aggravates the ailments
